Basically there is no obligation to use terms and conditions on a website, especially in legal transactions with companies (B2B), a simple reference to the existence of terms and conditions is sufficient.

The general terms and conditions for all contracts for services between the owner of the website and the client are presented in writing before the contract is concluded, checked by the client and signed by both parties.
